1. Overview of Services

INW Local provides shared print mailer advertising services serving Northern Idaho.

Businesses may purchase placement in a shared direct mail postcard distributed to residential households.

All placements are subject to availability and approval.

2. Advertising Placements

Each mailer includes multiple local businesses sharing advertising space.

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

— Placement size, position, and category exclusivity are not guaranteed

— We reserve the right to determine final layout and design formatting

— We may decline any advertisement at our discretion

Advertising content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Ad Content & Approval

By submitting logos, images, copy, offers, or other materials, you:

— Represent that you have the legal right to use all submitted materials

— Grant INW Local permission to use the materials in print and promotional marketing related to the mailer

— Accept responsibility for accuracy of all claims, pricing, and offers

Proofs will be provided when applicable. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to review and approve final proofs by the stated deadline.

Failure to respond by the approval deadline may result in printing as-is.

INW Local is not responsible for errors that were approved in writing.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required in full to secure placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Because print space is limited and production begins in advance:

— Payments are non-refundable once design work has begun

— Payments are non-refundable once the mailer is sent to print

— Missed deadlines may result in forfeiture of placement without refund

We reserve the right to cancel placements for non-payment.

5. No Guarantee of Results

INW Local does not guarantee:

— Specific response rates

— Leads or sales

— Revenue outcomes

— Return on investment

Direct mail performance depends on many factors outside our control, including offer quality, pricing, market demand, and consumer behavior.

6. Distribution & Delivery

Mailers are distributed to selected residential households within designated Northern Idaho service areas.

Delivery is fulfilled through third-party printing and mailing partners.

We are not responsible for:

— Postal delays

— Delivery inconsistencies

— Undelivered mail due to incorrect address data

Distribution counts are estimates based on mailing data provided by our print partners and the US Postal Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INW Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the mailer program.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific mailer placement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INW Local and its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from:

— Your advertisement

— Your business practices

— Claims made in your marketing materials

— Violation of applicable laws

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, layout, design structure, and creative assets of INW Local remain the property of INW Local.

Advertisers may not reproduce or redistribute the mailer design without written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
